Past bursary recipients have been awarded to MusiCamp Alberta, and Calgary Arts Summer School camp.

If you want to go that extra mile in your music, but the cost is a concern, get a bursary from our website and sent it in at any time of the year. All applications are reviewed by the Board on a case-by-case basis and applicants are not required to be members of AMEF.

ALBERTA MUSIC HERITAGE PROJECT:
The Alberta Heritage Music Project aims to connect the youth and seniors of our communities on a personal level. Young music students interview seniors to learn how music has affected their lives and then research and rehearse special songs chosen from the interviews. Ultimately, the students present a concert of song, dance, and music.

Instructional DVDs and information packets are available. Challenge your students and bring the Alberta Heritage Music Project to your community!
